TMS Confirm app

The Confirm app is a companion mobile app to the Maritech Transport Management System (TMS). Using the app, drivers can receive trip and order details, sign or scan orders, and seamlessly update the order statuses to the Maritech TMS cloud application.


Handling Orders

When a new order or trip has been sent to Confirm, it will show on the home screen (if notifications are activated for the Confirm App).


When clicking on the notification or opening the Confirm app, you can see the order assigned to the driver and the next event (here Loading). The bubble indicates a message sent to the driver from the Maritech TMS order.

At the bottom of the screen are three icons:

  • Orders: A list of the orders sent to the app.

  • Trips: Trips assigned to the driver.

  • History: Recent orders.


More Context menu

The More context menu provides access to some additional settings:

By choosing Settings, you can change some options - these may differ depending on what has been set for the transporter.


Orders Signature Screen

If you click on an order in the main order window, you get to the Orders Signature screen for signing the order.

  • Camera Icon - The camera icon in the top bar will add or take a photo that will be added to the order in Maritech TMS.

  • Information (i) icon - The Information icon takes you to the details for the order.

  • Bubble Icon - The bubble indicates a message sent from TMS for this order.


Order Details Screen

From the Orders Signature screen, clicking the information (i) icon takes you to the Order Details screen which displays all relevant information and instructions for the order.


Order Changes Options

From the Order Signature screen, clicking the context menu (three dots) in the upper right-hand corner allows you to select from the following:

  • Change Waybill number - Scan a different Waybill.

  • Edit ETA - Edit the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).

  • Reject order - An order can be rejected if for some reason the driver can not handle it.

  • Add Deviation - register a change message with or without a picture.


Add Deviation screen

Choosing Add Deviation by clicking the context menu (three dots) from the Order Signature screen allows you to register a deviation for the order. Add the type of deviation, write a message and take a picture or add an image from the phones library.


Signing an Order

In the Signing screen, you simply sign the Order and set the status (which will be sent back to the TMS application.
